Hey Everyone, we’re back!!

Rio. One word: breathtaking.

We had such an amazing trip, thanks to the COC. Team Canada’s purpose in Rio was to look at our Olympic Village and prepare ourselves for the 2016 Games. We went to our training facilities, our Olympic pool, the Village and saw many more exciting things.

It was an amazing experience and such an inspiration for us as we fight for these Olympic Moments to be ours in just over a year.

Although our soul purpose was to train hard and learn the most from our Olympic Committee, we also had tons of fun together! That’s the key: find fun in everything you do, that’s how you keep your passion!

Thank you so much for all of your love and support! This has been an incredible journey and I can’t wait to experience the rest of it which my synchro family!
