ALS Ice Bucket Challenge!

Hey Everyone!!

1st I’d like to say a big thank you to the people who have been checking out this blog! All of you inspire me to speak my mind and love what I do. Its hard to be an elite athlete sometimes, but knowing that people care and support you; well its the icing on the cake. I will continue to write to you and keep you posted on training, events and everything leading to the World Cup in Quebec City, so please stay tuned!!

Now, time for business! The Canadian Senior National Synchronized Swimming Team took on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge today!  We had tons of fun preparing this after our practice, but most importantly we know how great a cause this is.  ALS is heartbreaking and needs all of the attention it can get! Please do your part in spreading awareness and DONATE HERE!!! The Ice Bucket Challenge does nothing if we don’t give what we can to help the people who need it most.

Here is Team Canada doing our part! Remember, “Happiness doesn’t result from what we get, but from what we give.” ― Ben Carson

Much Love,
